Dealing with NESB people (Non-English Speaking Background) places us in a very privileged position of being able to work across cultures. It gives us a wonderful window into the richness and diversity of humankind and allows us to share in a world community. However, sharing in that diversity also means we are party to differing views and opinions. We see the impact that intolerance in the wider community has on these people. An attitude against minority groups has enflamed racial hatred as well as grief......
